Our sustainable transformation Efficient standards • As part of Bahnstadt Heidelberg, one of the largest passive house developments in the world, four construction projects were realized to passive house standards. • By implementing NH/EE classes, additional blocks are being introduced to reduce CO2 emissions throughout the lifecycle of a property. Sustainable construction • In addition to high energy efficiency, our focus is on the comprehensive sustainability assessment of the property.
